COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS

The rules and regulations governing your region's gaming activities will also apply to this Agreement, in addition to Curaçao Gaming Control Board license requirements.

For disputes arising out of gaming activities conducted in English and any language as used to operate this service, a reasonable solution can be negotiated under existing legal frameworks governing jurisdiction-specific rights including those applying at law for Curaçao jurisdiction.
